What exactly is a persona?

Your persona is an AI agent that runs on your machine. It reads your library and playtime — what you play, how much, and the genres you stick with — and turns that into a digital you that knows what you'll love.

How does it work?

Create an account, connect your platform IDs (Steam, Epic, GOG, itch.io…), and install our MCP. Your persona learns from there — no quizzes, no manual setup.

How do you pick games for me?

AI matchmaking scores each game against your persona on real mechanics and your play data — never generic charts or paid placement. You always make the final call.

What is $snow?

$snow is Snowbll's platform credit — top it up and spend it inside Snowbll to buy games or skins for your persona. It's store credit, not crypto: no token, no wallet, no chain.

Which stores can I buy from?

Browse one catalog spanning Steam, itch.io, Epic Games, and GOG.com. Check out in Snowbll and your purchase arrives as a game key you redeem on that platform — it lands in your real library.

What's the pricing?

Building your persona is free — the Passerby rank. Paid ranks run from Traveler ($1.49/mo) up to Elder ($99/mo): Forum posting and a Council vote unlock at Traveler, persona chat at Observer, and the deeper MCP-fed persona at Council member — more at each rank. Full breakdown on the Ranks page.

Are you competing with Steam or any other store?

No. The stores you already use stay partners — Snowbll is the layer that understands your taste, not a rival storefront.

I'm a dev — what's in it for me?

Launch on The Forge: submit your game, reach early backers and human testers, and get matched with the players whose personas actually fit it. AI-made games are welcome.
