The official stuff, minus the headache.
Trademark notices, how selling actually works, our AI transparency line, and where to send the serious emails. Reporting for duty.

01Who operates Snowbll
Snowbll is an early-stage venture building an AI-native game marketplace at snowbll.com and its subdomains. Formal entity details will be published here as the company incorporates in its launch jurisdiction. Until then, the fastest way to reach something legally binding is a human: [email protected].
02Platform & trademark notices
Steam® and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Epic Games®, GOG®, itch.io, Google Play and the App Store are trademarks of their respective owners. Snowbll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Source badges on game pages ("View on Steam", "View on itch.io") are informational links to a game's home platform — they indicate origin, not partnership.
All game titles, artwork and trailers shown on Snowbll belong to their developers and publishers and are shown for discovery, the same way a store shelf shows a box.
03How selling works here
When a game can be purchased on Snowbll, it's because the developer participates in key delivery: the developer supplies keys (or equivalent entitlements) for their game's home platform, and your purchase activates in that platform's library. Where a developer doesn't participate, Snowbll links out instead of selling — we don't resell what we weren't given the right to sell, and we respect platform pricing-parity rules.
04AI transparency statement
Snowbll uses AI to parse search intent, build taste personas, and explain why a game might fit you. Snowbll does not use AI to generate quality ratings: every star or score shown on the Service comes from a human — either the player community or neutral verified testers, always labeled by source. AI recommendations are framed as fit ("right for you"), never as verdicts ("this game is good").

Our line, in one sentence: AI recommends, humans judge. It's on this page so you can hold us to it.
05Content & IP complaints
If you believe content on Snowbll infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with: (1) the URL of the material, (2) identification of the work infringed, (3) your contact details, and (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, signed by you or your agent. We review every notice, remove or disable content where the claim holds, and give the uploader a chance to counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
06Community & moderation
The Councils (our forum) and all community surfaces are moderated under the conduct rules in our Terms & Conditions. Rating manipulation, sybil accounts and harassment are removable offenses — neutrality of ratings is the core of what Snowbll sells, and we protect it accordingly.
07Pre-release status
Snowbll is in active development. Some surfaces are labeled prototype or illustrative and exist to show direction rather than final functionality; data shown on such surfaces may be synthetic. We mark what's real and what's preview as honestly as we can — "unverified stays unverified" applies to our own features too.
